I really like dishes involving a gravy or sauce of some kind. I especially like such dishes with rice, so when I heard about loco moco, a Hawaiian dish, I decided that I wanted to have some. Loco moco is fairly simple, consisting of steamed rice, a hamburger patty, a sunny side up egg, and topped with a brown gravy.
